Vuosi alkoi helpolla työllä. Ompelin vanhasta ja kuluneesta froteepyyhkeestä kestovanulappuja. Mallin otin keskellä kuvassa olevasta kertakäyttövanulapusta. Toivottavasti nämä toimivat paremmin kuin aiemmin virkkaamani versiot. Ehkä niihin käyttämäni puuvillalanka ei ollut oikeanlaista.
Muokkaus 29.2.2020: Toimivat hyvin mutta eivät kestäneeet kunnollista pesua.
The year took off with a simple sewing project: I made reusable make-up remover pads from an old cotton terry-towel. I used the store bought throw-away pad, in the middle of the photo, as a pattern. I hope these will work better than the crocheted ones I made earlier. Maybe the cotton yarn I used for crocheting wasn't the right choice.
Edit 29 Feb. 2020: These worked very well but they didn't withstand proper washing.
