Water bottle bag - Vesipullon kannettava pussukka

I sewed a small water bottle bag from Marimekko's fabric called 'Maija' I received from my late grandmother. On the left of the photo, the bottle I use for water is next to the empty bag; on the right, the bottle is inside the bag. There is enough height in the bag to fit even a taller bottle.

Instructions? Simply measure the height and width you want for your bottle bag, cut the fabric accordingly, and sew it! The strap can be sewn as long or as short as you prefer; mine is short, intended to be carried, too short to be placed over the shoulder. The white metal rings are saved from a pair of bras no longer in use and the metal tail clasps are from discarded lanyards.

Ompelin Marimekon Maija-kankaasta pienen, kannettavan pussukan vesipullolle. Kuvassa vasemmalla vesipullo ja pussukka tyhjänä vieressä, oikealla vesipullo pussukan sisällä. Korkeutta on sen verran, että hieman isompikin pullo mahtuu.

Onko ohjetta? Mittaa kassille haluamasi korkeus ja leveys, leikkaa kangas ja eikun ompelemaan! Kantohihnasta voi tehdä niin pitkän tai lyhyen kuin haluaa. Tässä mallissa hihna on lyhyt ja pulloa on tarkoitus kantaa kädessä. Valkoiset metallirinkulat on irrotettu käytöstä poistetuista rintaliiveistä ja metallipidikkeet hylätyistä avainnauhoista.
